    um so pretty much i need some help figuring out “likable” things about me so that i can (a) stop hating myself so much and (b) be less awkward around people (because i’m not standing around going “why would this person even like me i’m a terrible person this is hopeless” which constitutes most of my non-work interactions with people)

    so like. um. my askbox is… open… if you’re interested in helping. i just need to know some of my good qualities so i can improve my actions in social situations

    because right now they’re mostly “freak out and shut down and shove my nose into the nearest electronic object/book” and that makes me… seem really weird…

    they’re all gonna be private; i promise i won’t publish them or even respond to them. i’m just going to let them sit in my inbox for whenever i need to remember i’m not a useless sack of breath
